When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be sent to our closest printing partner to your location. Most products are printed and shipped within about two days of your order. During peak holiday shopping times and instances where a product base variant is out of stock, it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order. Delivery takes between 2-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I Return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel. Please contact us immediately if your order was damaged during shipping or the print was incorrect.
